Amazing views from our room. A quick bus ride to the city center made exploring easy. The staff was friendly, although the restaurant had limited choices, especially for dietary needs. The room was clean and included a wonderful terrace to enjoy the scenery.

The standard room was fabulous and perfect for what we needed. It had very comfy beds and a particularly nice view out of town. Amazing location very close to city center was a plus. Pleasant staff of the venue at all times.

Lovely views of Toledo, spacious and clean rooms, free underground parking
The hotel desperately needs clearer communication regarding taxi bookings!!! A lack of night reception offered little security!!! The absence of coffee-making facilities was a letdown for a supposed higher-end venue!!!

There is a nice view of Toledo. Although they charged high season rates, the pool was closed and there was no outside dining available. They did offer us free use of the internet on their computer as our laptops would not configure with the hotel wifi.It is a short walk to the bus which takes you right to the Plaza Zocodover for less than 1 Euro per person.Plenty of free parking available. The restaurant breakfast is alright. We had lunch in the restaurant and it was good. The servers were very nice.

Pay extra for the fabulous views over Toledo-this was our 2nd stay at this friendly hotel-the hotel has a very reasonable restaurant -can't recommend it highly enough.Easy to find ,quiet and comfortable-not luxurios but good value for the price paid

Lovely views of Toledo from the terrace.
The lack of 24-hour reception service was concerning. I felt anxious not knowing if I'd be locked out if I returned late. The dining options were disappointing. The restaurant's limited menu left me craving more variety, especially after a long day of exploring. It would have been nice to have clearer communications regarding taxi services. It turned out to be more complex than I anticipated.

Wonderful setting, in spacious and peaceful grounds, with a beautiful view. Great value for a relaxing break and, though, outside the city, not so far as to be inaccessible without a car

The amazing views from my room captivated me right from the start. I loved how the room included a large terrace perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere in the hotel felt super calm, and the outdoor pool was well-maintained. Staff seemed more than willing to assist, nice. Dining was a letdown. The restaurant had limited choices, especially during busy hours, which affected the dining experience. Breakfast options were minimal as well, leaving little with dietary restrictions. Noise from the bar and cleaning staff in the morning made it hard to enjoy a peaceful sleep. Getting to the city center involved a longer walk than expected, which could be inconvenient for some.

Great hotel, 2 adjoining rooms, completely safe for children. Lovely pool with amazing view of Toledo. When I emailed the hotel requesting an extra child's bed, they responded within minutes in perfect English. We were not even charged for the bed! We got lost driving to the hotel and when we rang them for directions, they came in the hotel van to lead the way, a really great introduction to Spain for us.Great value for money too.

Lovely location overlooking Toledo
Tired and dated, however still comfortable. Terrace tables and chairs were plastic and certainly had seen better days. Poor evening menu. With a little investment this could be a wonderful hotel.

The hotel offers fine views and is conveniently located for easy access to public transportation. We appreciated the spacious family rooms that provided comfort for our children, and the beautiful outdoor pool area was a hit with the whole family.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited with dietary restrictions.
