Spectacular views of Toledo, spacious and clean rooms, free underground parking
The hotel desperately needs clearer communication regarding taxi bookings!!! A lack of night reception offered little security!!! Additionally, the absence of coffee-making facilities was a letdown for a supposed higher-end venue!!!

Spectacular views of Toledo from the terrace.
I faced some unexpected challenges during my stay at Abaceria Hotel. The lack of 24-hour reception service was concerning. I felt anxious not knowing if I’d be locked out if I returned late. Additionally, the dining options were disappointing. the restaurant's limited menu left me craving more variety, especially after a long day of exploring. It would have been nice to have clearer communications regarding taxi services. it turned out to be more complex than I anticipated, adding stress to my trip.

The breathtaking views from my room captivated me right from the start. I loved how the room included a large terrace perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere in the hotel felt super calm, and the outdoor pool was well-maintained, offering a refreshing escape. Staff seemed more than willing to assist, which was nice. However, dining was a letdown. The restaurant had limited choices, especially during busy hours, which affected the dining experience. Breakfast options were minimal as well, leaving little for guests with dietary restrictions. Moreover, noise from the bar and cleaning staff in the morning made it hard to enjoy a peaceful sleep. Getting to the city center involved a longer walk than expected, which could be inconvenient for some.

Staying for two nights in a standard double room offered a mix of enjoyable experiences and some drawbacks. The stunning panoramic view of the city captivated us, while the friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. However, the garden lacked maintenance, detracting from the overall aesthetic, and the food options were limited due to the restaurant closure. Despite these issues, the air conditioning was effective, and the basic amenities in the room were functional.
